Then the VIRTUAL “The Whole Kitchen Sink” Lifestyle Medicine class is for you! Join us as we address changing your lifestyle in 6 different areas:

  • Nutrition
  • Movement
  • Sleep
  • Substance use
  • Stress
  • Relationships

This class will equip you to understand how your choices affect your health, which ones you need to change, and strategies for making those changes.

The class will include:

  • 7 virtual classes
  • Weekly homework assignments to provide you with tools to help you meet your goals
  • Recipes
  • Handouts and resources
  • 2-30 minute individual teleconference visits with Dr. McCleskey to address your specific needs
  • Free weigh-ins and blood pressure checks during office hours.

Since the pandemic has limited in-person classes, this class has been adapted to the teleconferencing format. As this is the first time it will be offered in this manner, the cost of the class has been reduced to only


from the in-person price of $395. An additional household member may take the class for $25 but this does not include any individual teleconferencing visits with Dr. McCleskey. The primary and additional family member may share the 2-30 minute teleconference appointments if desired.

Come join us at our next Shop-With-A-Doc event 8:15am-9:00am. You’ll get to go on a shopping excursion with Dr. McCleskey, where she’ll show you how to “shop smarter” by choosing nutritious foods and avoiding the
marketing gimmicks.

The Market is held at Trinity Baptist Church located at 1088 Hughes Road. We will meet at the entrance to the market closest to Hughes Road.
