Addressing the preventable and potentially reversible causes of disease


A class that gets down to the basics of lifestyle change. In this class we will cover the causes of common diseases and how our lifestyle can be changed to prevent or mitigate the disease process. You will be introduced to nutrition, recipes, ideas for movement, suggestions for sleep and stress, as well as motivational tips to help you implement these new changes. This class is designed for people who are short on time but very self-motivated to take the information and implement it.

Classes will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm for the month of March. The cost for the 4 classes and one follow-up visit with the doctor is $290 for individuals. Price is $195 per person if two or more attend together.

Come join us at our next Shop-With-A-Doc event 8:15am-9:00am. You’ll get to
go on a shopping excursion with Dr. McCleskey, where she’ll show you how to
“shop smarter” by choosing nutritious foods and avoiding the
marketing gimmicks.

The Market is held at Trinity Baptist Church located at 1088 Hughes Road. We
will meet at the entrance to the market closest to Hughes Road.
